Where do we stay?
For your convenience, we've reserved a wedding block at the Sheraton Madison, located at 706 John Nolen Drive. This modern hotel offers a comfortable stay with stunning views of Lake Monona, and it's just a short distance from the ceremony venue. Plus, there's a shuttle service that will take you directly to the ceremony, so you can relax and enjoy the day. For those who would prefer a different option, there are many hotels and AirBnbs within an easy drive to the venue and downtown Madison.
What day should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 1st, 2026 to secure your spot and help us with finalizing the details. To RSVP, click here.
What is the dress code for the rehearsal picnic and wedding?
For the rehearsal picnic, feel free to dress in summer casual attire—think relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a laid-back afternoon of fun. For the wedding, we ask that guests wear summer formal attire—light and elegant, but still dressy enough for the occasion. You’re welcome to wear Western formal or Indian formal attire.
Are plus ones and children allowed?
Plus ones and children invitations are specifically noted on your Save the Date and Wedding Invitation. If you haven't received an invitation that includes them, we kindly ask that additional guests not be added to accommodate space restrictions. We appreciate your understanding!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We plan on having an entree and side choice that's vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our entrees and cocktail hour appetizers will be clearly marked if there are any allergy concerns. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be held both indoors and outdoors, so you can choose where you'd like to enjoy the drinks and mingling. Dinner and the reception will be indoors, where we’ll continue the celebration. Since the ceremony will be outside, please plan your attire accordingly - you may have to walk across grass!
What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?
The easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue is by taking the free shuttle from the Sheraton Hotel on John Nolen Drive, where we’ve reserved a hotel block. We highly recommend using the shuttle for convenience. If you can’t make it to the shuttle, don’t worry—there’s plenty of parking available at the venue, and you can also find Ubers and Lyfts easily in Madison and surrounding areas.
